I recently enjoyed a wonderful on and off grid camping trip in the majestic Rocky mountains with my family. It was a beautiful adventure, filled with highs and lows and those lasting memories of sweet fondness and connection you want to hold onto for as long as possible.

I have learned that connection is a cornerstone to our healing, living and loving in whole-hearted ways. Connection is the current of intention I ride in my life. It is at the heart of my work with clients, and how I relate with the world. As we welcome our inner connection with more agency, authenticity, genuine care and truth, we begin to understand the nuance of how to extend the same goodness to others — we also, begin to see where we lose our connection to ourselves for an idea of connection, or love. Yet, forging ahead out of our cocoon (or sleeping bags, yes, pun intended), those masks we wear, knowingly or unknowingly, is a tender rendering.
One that is sacred to me.
One that I honor with deep reverence.
This week, back in my office working with clients, I was reminded again of the unique connection of the collective and divine heart — the innate wisdom within each of us. It is a gift to be a grounding space for others to step into the messy and beautiful parts of themselves to widen their capacity for self acceptance, self healing and self compassion.
Whether you have been following along with me since the beginning or are new, please allow me to share a re-introduction of myself and my intentions.
Hi. My name is Kristina Renée, and I am passionate about the embodiment of awakening.
For wholehearted living and demystifying the alchemy of integration through reclaiming the medicine of the soul.
My lived and educational experiences have led me to specialize in transformative spiritual, meditative and altered states of consciousness, trauma healing, embodiment, the body’s innate intelligence, and re-establishing personal and collective agency.
As a Spiritual Counselor, Meditation Teacher and a Depth Hypnosis Practitioner, I blend the principles of depth psychology, interpersonal neurobiology, relational somatics, parts work, applied shamanism and applied Buddhism, hypnotherapy and integrative energy medicine. I am devoted to methods of ancient wisdom woven with modern intelligence, focusing on the integration of healing and conscious awakening. My investment in study and practice forms the foundation of what I hope you will receive in the content offered here and elsewhere on my path of service.
It is through my own suffering and healing journey that has led me to where I am today. I have faced much grief and loss, as well as childhood and adult trauma, and spiritual emergencies. Challenges that I have risen to are the death of family members, healing with an auto-immune condition, supporting neurodiverse family members, loss of a business, midlife career transition, several pregnancy losses (three to be exact), becoming a first time mother during a global shutdown, adapting to motherhood in isolation, shifting from codependent to interdependent relationships (hi, boundaries and self love), navigating parenthood and the modern day village-less challenges, and learning to understand my own sensitivities as a powerful strength.
I could not have undergone the depths of my pain without traversing the many healing modalities of therapy helping me widen my own inner wisdom to harness the innate resources and tools from within. My own transformative journey greatly contributes to my dedication, study and practice of the contemplative and consciousness pathways to support others onto their own reclamation of their unique inner guidance.
The bravery to know our own shadow, our inner wounds, is to know how to live in relationship with our humanity and spirituality, where parts of us change and other parts may still be a work in process to accept and love. I have learned that radical acceptance is steeped in the action of personal accountability.
There is profound medicine that comes when we no longer allow the jumbled, wounded and distracted parts within to run us, but instead learn how to speak and vibrate with a resonance of our authentic and innate higher Self, even if it is a little shaky and rocky along the way.
As a deeply feeling being, a mother, creative visionary and spiritual activist, my prayer is that you learn to welcome the messy and beautiful too, and come to understand the wisdom within the complexities of the human and spiritual journey. I believe that in our pursuit of living consciously, we must be fiercely and compassionately curious, taking one awakening step after another, often entering unknown territory.
The path I am dedicated is of lightening the weight of our hearts.
My offerings are an extension of this belief.

In addition, I have some musings on how to navigate life in uncertain times I want to share with you soon, and a little down the road, I will announce something dear to my heart I am working on.
Until then, may this season fill you in ways that support and resource your own self discovery, love and compassion. If you have a request on what you’d like me to write about please let me know.
